How do you upset the Fae?
Unfortunately there were quite a few ways to annoy one of The Folk.
- Trespass into their territory.
- Not being consistent with offerings.
- Being too loud in your own home.
- Being cruel to animals.
- Disrupt nature.
- Letting them know you see them when they don’t want to be seen.
What should you not do with a fairy?
But if you must interact with faeries, here are some tips to follow.
- Never eat food that they give you. Eating their food will do two things.
- Never give them your name. Names hold power.
- Never stand in a fairy ring.
- Never be rude to a faerie.
- Never accept a gift from the Fae.
How do you negotiate with fairies?
Fairy deals can only be broken by the Fairy Queen using her blood to paint a specific rune, though she stated that breaking fairy deals have consequences. Once a deal is broken the humans who could perceive fairies as a result of the deal will instantly loose the ability to perceive them.

Can fairies curse?
Fairy tales take a darker turn when the fairies curse those humans who dare to intrude upon their circle. Other folk tales warn of more general punishments such as disease, bad luck, or an early death. In Welsh tradition, the fairies do not personally curse the curious human, or even harm him.
