Saturday I finally pulled the carb off, shot some carb cleaner through all the jets and every hole I could find in the carb and it was pretty clean. Pulled out the float bowl drain screw and it is the tapered kind, tightened the hell out of it and now it barely has a drip so I’ll order a new one to see if that improves it.
