You may already know Typekit means fonts. Today we’re announcing some changes, starting with the name of our service: Typekit is now Adobe Fonts. As Adobe Fonts, we are consolidating all previous Typekit plans into one streamlined service that gives you our complete library as part of all Creative Cloud plans.
What is Adobe Typekit used for?
Typekit is a collection of fonts in both print and Web format that you can download and use in your print and electronic documents, as well as websites. This is exciting for designers because the same font can be used across print and online marketing materials for branding consistency.
Does typekit come with Creative Cloud?
A: Yes. Every subscription to the Creative Cloud includes Adobe Typekit. Any subscription to an individual Adobe application includes a Typekit account. Adobe’s Photography Bundle, which is significantly discounted, includes a selection of fonts for web and desktop with Typekit’s free plan.
