As of January 2018, Dansk continues as a brand of Lenox. Dansk designs are recognised for their artistic merit and several examples are held in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

I have attached some photos of the vintage logos for Dansk. You will notice one says “Made in France”. That is because in 1965 production moved from Denmark to France. In my opinion at the end of the 1970s, Dansk sort of faded from popularity with a lot of their line until it was reintroduced in 2012.
