So, the reset did work for us on our 2019 Rogue SV as I stated above, but the dealership GM contacted the Southeastern regional service guru and they determined that the unified meter (computer that controls the displays) should be replaced to prevent this from occurring again. We just got it back so I will update if the problem re-occurs.
