Use a can of compressed air to blow out any intake or exhaust fans or grates. It’s helpful to blow in the opposite direction of air flow. Some will disagree, but hold your fan steady so that it doesn’t spin. Thanks for the answer, i’ll look into either getting someone qualified to replace the fan or buying a new psu.
