How do I use emWave 2?
The emWave2 is very easy to use. Just put your thumb on the sensor (or use the included ear sensor) and breathe along with the moving lights. As you relax, the device measures your heart rate and the red light changes to blue and then to green.
How do you use HeartMath?
Answer: Simply plug the HeartMath (30 Pin or Lightning) iOS® Sensor into your iPhone®, iPad® or iPod® Touch and connect the earpiece to your ear. Tap in the space below the breath pacer to start your session. Follow the pacer along with the onscreen prompts, which guide you to a state of increased inner balance.

What’s the difference between emwave2 and emWave pro?
emWave2 is designed for single user, single device functionality; emWave Desktop is designed for multi-user, multiple device and multi-database functionality. The Coherence Coach, My Inspiration, Garden Game and Healing Hands Visualizer are included in the emWave2. The emWave PRO includes two additional games and three additional visualizations.
Do you need to install emWave on your computer?
Answer: You may install emWave2 on a computer already running emWave PRO or emWave PC. In the case of emWave PRO, installation of emWave2 is not necessary. The emWave2 device will work with emWave PRO.
Is the HRV display available on the emwave2?
