Can you go to all Fitness Connection locations?
At Fitness Connection, ALL members have access to ALL amenities. The only difference in our memberships is the number of clubs you have access to. You will continue to have single location access, unless you’d like to upgrade your membership to all location access (15 in DFW area), which you can do at the club.

Does Fitness Connection have a shower?
Convenience. One of the great things about going to the gym in the morning is no one is expecting you to look fabulous. All you have to do is put on your workout clothes, go to Fitness Connection, and get moving. When you’re done, you can shower and prepare for the day.
Does Fitness Connection allow guests?
A member may bring a guest with them every day. The same guest may only come once every four months. Guest must be 18 years of age or older.

Where is North Hill fitness in Milton MA?
North Hill Fitness is right in Milton, which was about a 5-10 minute drive here. It’s located next to Pizza Hut and Walgreens. There’s ample parking and the gym even has a surveillance camera in the back parking lot so their clients can still feel secured their cars are protected.
Is there a shower at North Hill fitness?
North Hill Fitness does not have a showering room, does not have cardio classes like LA Fitness (Zumba, step, etc). However, in regards to classes, they do have some morning programs you can sign up for. They also don’t have a swimming pool here.
