Press the boot button on your remote and the actual button to open / close the boot simultaneously and the problem should be resolved. My boot is opening and shutting and sometimes it doesn’t close. It is very frustrating as everytime I have to get out of the car to close the boot and still won’t close.

Where are the male spigots on the boot separator?
You pull separator out toward to rear so it is fully extended and insert the male spigots that stick out either side at the rear of the separator into the female recesses that are fixed and attached to the inside of the boot area either side near the back – it should be obvious, as you click them in they push down on little angled switches.
