Why is my PCM not connecting to the OBD2 port?
If no ground the circuit is broken somewhere between the OBD2 connector and the PCM If the ground is good then it is either a bad connection on pin 2 back to the PCM or a Bad PCM itself, which I suspect is the problem. Note that the OBD2 port is fused.
