Why is my Clutch sticking on my Polaris?
To get more precise, when loading into the trailer it requires more throttle but you have to ease on it or it will grab and wheely the bike (not smoth transission of power). I thought this was wierd but also thought it may have been a side effect of the EBS.
What should I do if my Clutch is sticking?
The belt should be very loose and you should be able to remove it by hand. If it is not then the primary clutch is not releasing. If the belt is loose remove it. Then start the engine. As you slowly rev up the engine you should see the clutch halves move towards each other smoothly and then spread apart smoothly as the engine slows.
Why is my clutch pedal sticking to the floor?
As the vehicle ages so does the clutch system. The clutch is designed to engage the transmission to the engine and also to release power from the engine to slow down the input shaft on a transmission to switch gears. A clutch pedal is made for the driver to release the clutch and engage the clutch.
How much belt deflection do you have on a Polaris?
There mechanic (gootch here) used to work at a Polaris dealer and made a few phone calls and determined my belt deflection was not enough and had to install 5 shims in my secondary clutch to get it to open enough to not grab. How much belt deflection do you have?

What happens when the Clutch gets stuck on a sled?
Once it engages, it becomes stuck and the engine dies. To get it going again I have to pull start it and have the sled roll forward as I start it. 100% of the time this lets the clutch loose and I can ride mostly normal all day.
