Where are the headlight relays on a Mazda3?

Both headlight relays are inside the PJB, and not accessible unless you disassemble the PJB. I don’t even know if they can be replaced… they are likely soldered to the circuit board. If the highbeams also do not work then, you should check the 40A fuse in the fuse box under the hood (F4).
