Where do I connect the fuel line that goes from the CARB?
I have a 1995 Bayou 300 that isnt quite running yet but I think I know why. There are two fuel lines coming out of the carburetor but there are 3 nipples that you can hook up fuel lines to. 1 is going from gas tank to carb and the other is from the bowl for overlow.

Pull out about 1″ of fuel line from the fuel cap opening and attach filter. Replace the line back into the tank just like that because you want the fuel filter/line to flop around inside the tank. Now that same line goes from the tank to the bottom connector on the carb.
