Is the Patrizia’s in Sheepshead Bay a good restaurant?

It’s a good restaurant, 3 to 3.5 stars is fair. It is packed and you will have a wait, especially for valet parking on the tiny street it’s on. They seem to have their regulars who make it a weekly family event, and hold many large groups at a time.
