In 2005 I started having problems shifing my 1998 Used Cabrio, I had to bring it to over 3,000 RPM’s and then back off the accelerator to shift to 2nd and over 4,000 back off to shift to 3rd. I brought it to a dealership (I hate the dealerships), they said that the transmission memorizes the driver and they reset the codes.
