I have a ’09 Highlander Base, 2.7L, 4-cyl w/ the 1AR-FE engine and I went to clean the PCV valve last oil change but couldn’t find it. After much searching I believe it’s on the back of the engine closer to the left hand side when facing the car from the front. I haven’t gotten around to doing it myself yet so can’t verify that.
