Car slipped out of gear on freeway and threw a code. Dealer diagnosed as bad code, repaired with re-flash. TSB had been issued on the problem. Around 32,300 miles, while driving on freeway at 50MPH, car bucked and stopped shifting. Switching to manual mode showed only the letter M, but no number.
