The latest comp in production is still failing. Past failures on out of warranty bikes were still paid for by the owners (like me). My comp failed on my 09 bike in less than 16k miles. The failure that occurred to the ’06> comp sprocket was weld fatigue. That problem was rectified with the SE sprocket.

When I turn the main switch on, I get a drop to 12.5, and when the kill switch is turned on, I get a drop to 12.38. The self test goes out and hit the start switch with nothing – no volt drop, no starter engage, no nothing. DEAD.
