What do you do when you lose your upass?
Lost or Stolen Cards You’ll need to purchase a new Adult Compass Card and pay the $6 refundable deposit. When you get your new Compass Card, complete the steps on upassbc.translink.ca to link your U-Pass BC to your new card.
How do I activate my upass?
To activate your U-PASS, you must tap it on an ORCA card reader within 60 days of issuance. ORCA card readers are found at the front of buses or mounted on a wall or pole at Link, Sounder or Swift stations. At RapidRide stations you have the option to tap on the ORCA reader at the station or on the bus as you enter.

Are there Park and ride services at the UWM?
During the fall and spring semesters, UWM and the Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) offer park and ride services from locations around Milwaukee. Typically, they run from the start of classes through the end of final exams.
Can a car be towed from the UWM garage?
Parker must obey other signage and instructions in the lot, such as for accessible parking spaces. Cars parked on all UWM surface lots and most garages may not park overnight and any vehicles parked after 2 am and before 5 pm without permission may be ticketed/towed at owners expense.
How many passengers does UWM transportation services have?
Transportation Services may provide up to four minivans (dependent on availability) which seat six passengers, including one ADA-compliant vehicle. All minivans must be returned by 5 pm. Rates are as follows: There is no fee if a department uses their own UWM-authorized driver.
