Nope, no locking cap…though like you said, I could get one…but then the inconvenience of fumbling with keys, and the occasional ability to fuel due to loss of keys, lol…I’m still debating… Well when you lock the car its supposed to lock the flap mine does so take it back for a warranty claim.

Suggestion, Look at the black plunger on the left center with fuel door open. Is the plunger all the way in ? If it is. Push the plunger and see if it pops out. If it does then close fuel door and lock all doors with the FOB. Then push in fuel door to see if it’s locked. If yes, Yippy !!

When I shut her down say at the diesel pump I have to make sure I push the un-lock button on the drivers door or on the FOB before I push the fuel door in to unlatch it.
