1999 Rav4 is a Jewel! I love my Rav4 and have complete confidence in its reliability. I have taken care of it with regular maintenance and it is a wonderful vehicle! The back door is so handy because it opens out. Easy to load and unload.

Not many vehicles made today will last 20 years or 260,000 miles. Very durable and great size for a teenage girl and her friends.

Buy a spray can of carburator/intake cleaner, spray some direct in the intake, start the car and spray some more. When the engine is running rev up the engine while spraying otherwise it will shut off, this might fix it (for sure the cheapest thing to try)
