I don’t have experience with Evinruides,but one thing that affects all motors is the fuel issue of Ethanol. Do yourself a favor and read up about how to treat fuel with additives. Male sure the fuel in the tank is fresh and treated. Most issues involve this area. I think most 2 strokes of that vintage are pretty bullet proof.
