Messenger Lois Lorwy The Messenger companion novel in The Giver series is a wonderful novel. This story brings back: Matty, Kira, Seer (blind man) and Leader of Village. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best I would rate this novel an 8. This story has a very interesting plot line.
