Is Porthcurno a nudist beach?
There’s a steep walk to get down to it from the car park. Not suitable for wheelchairs (unless there’s a way down I’m unaware of) Perfect spot for visiting the Minack Theatre just above on the cliff side. Definitely recommend this beach. Ideal if you are a naturist too as part of it is an unofficial nudist beach.
How do I get to strangles beach?
Take the A39 from Wadebridge or Camelford. Follow the A39 north and turn left at Wainhouse Corner. Follow this road to Crackington Haven and drive through Crackington Haven and continue on this road south for about 1 mile until the layby car park. Park here and take a footpath to the beach.
