What to do if your CARB is not drawing fuel in?
Welcome to the forum. First thing I would do is check the compression. If the compression is low enough it won’t draw the fuel out of the carb. If compression is good then tear the carb apart and clean it up good, making sure all the jets and passages are open. Check the vent line on the gas cap.
