Can you wall paper brick?
Of all the wall surfaces, brick, stone and cement are the most difficult to cover with wallpaper, and it’s not recommended by manufacturers or professionals. In MOST cases it is better for you in the short and long term to stay away from attempting to do it. It’s not worth the trouble and will not work.
Can you put wallpaper on rough walls?
Yes, you can apply traditional, non-pasted wallpaper to textured walls. Thicker, darker papers will do a better job at concealing the texture of the wall underneath, and you will likely need more starch to get the job done. That said, the lighter-color and -weight paper still worked pretty well.

How do you stick paper to concrete walls?
Sticky putty, or sticky tack, is a cheap adhesive that is strong enough to support the weight of a poster on a painted concrete wall.
