The propller shaft only and always rotates when vechicle is in motion. A noise also when in park due to vibration could be worn motor mounts if all other suspension issues are AOK. . A guess. I too thought it might be seatbelt rattling. Sounds like we have same problem,same location. And same generation 1 CRV.
