How often should I operate my back wiper?
So check that as above – and its a good idea just to operate the wiper once a week or so.. The fuses to check are fuse 1 in the fascia fuse box under the dash -and fuse 38 in the engine bay fuse box.

Thanks John DCI / Had a look behind the rubber flexible hose and yes the wires are all white . Do you know where the fuse is for rear wiper / on the engine compartment and under dash it is not listed . No others clues in hand book. Were you able to identify where the fuse is.

If the fuse has blown , replace it and see if its then ok – What can happen is that the wiper gets used very little so when it is used, it can stick a bit -causing excessive amps draw – and blows the fuse.

What can I do if my rear wiper is not working?
Since there is no fuse labeled for the rear wiper I removed and checked them all under dash and under hood, all are good. I unplugged the harness from the motor and there is no power at any of the 3 terminals ( engine on and switch on) and my ground for the test light is good. What else can I check?

If its neither of the above – the inner panel will need to be removed to gain access to the wiper motor to check its wiring / connections – and then check with a meter to test if power is going to the motor – If its not- then the switch itself is suspect. If it has power – then the motor likely has failed and needs renewing.
