Why do my light switches crackle?

Where does the sound bar go on a TV?
Verify the sound bar is connected to an ‘Audio Out’ port on the back of the TV. There are several different types of ports on a TV, most are inputs (they bring video and audio ‘In’ to the TV). We’ll need to connect the sound bar to an output (which sends audio ‘Out’ of the TV).
