Can be summoned by collecting 10x Smelly Musk Gland from the Direwing Predators in Zorammarsh. It has a 100% droprate until you get all 10 pieces. Once you have all 10 glands, use them to combine while in Zorammarsh to make Rendrak spawn.

Found north of Vol’mar at 65.8, 36.6 in Tanaan Jungle. He is a part of the Jungle Stalker achievement and drops Apexis Crystals and 1-3 Primal Spirits. He also has a low chance of dropping Steelsnout’s Steely Hide and a piece of Baleful equipment.
