The Cabot House is a building ruin Location in the central area of The Commonwealth. It is located to the West of the Pickman Gallery, and South of Bunker Hill across the bridge.
What happened Jack Cabot?
Siding with Jack will cause him to permanently stay in the Parsons Asylum basement unless the player character decides to free Lorenzo before killing him. Some in-game time later, Jack’s appearance may change drastically (like his sister’s) and he will appear old.

To trigger this quest, head to Diamond Market and enter the Dugout Inn. Look for a friendly Ghoul named Edward Deegan. If he’s not there, check Colonial Taphouse in Diamond City, The Third Rail bar in Goodneighbor or the market in Bunker Hill.
What happens if you release Lorenzo?
Jack may also tell the player to return in a week if Lorenzo is killed in Cabot House after setting him free. If one takes too long to choose between freeing or killing Lorenzo, he will eventually blow the door to his cell off its hinges himself and the quest will continue as if the player decided to free him.
Should I give serum back Fallout 4?

Emogene is in the room when the door opens, but she won’t respond and immediately just starts walking away. The most consistent way I’ve found is to use the above in a slightly different order and in a specific location. Before talking to the cult guy, save your game.

When I retuned to Cabot House, Edward Deegan was under attack at Jack’s facility at Parsons State Insane Asylum. If Charles View Amphitheater has already been visited and the Pillars of the Community killed, the Sole Survivor will, upon choosing the persuade option, inform Brother Thomas that they killed the previous occupants.
