It’s starving for fuel. I have to choke it to get it going agian. It runs great in all conditions except on a hill. The float is water tight, the needle and seat are perfect all the jets are clean, the fuel pickup is fine (even on a hill), When on the hill and it dies, I imediatly unscrew the float drain and there is fuel comming out.
