Personally I’d probably go 4.56 but if you spend your time shifting gears around town a lot, 4.10 may be a better choice for you. 4.56 would nearly make 1st gear an optional ‘granny gear’. The 6-speed is a little more complicated to gear for due to its lower 1-5 gear ratios but 6th gear which is similar in ratio to the 5-speed.

How to determine factory gear ratio in Jeep Wrangler?
If you still have factory size tires, 31-32″ look at the tach when driving 60mph. Don’t use overdrive. If you’re under 2500 rpm you have 3.21’s, over 2500 rpm and you have 3.73’s. If you’re a lot over 2500 then 4.10’s. With larger, or smaller tires this won’t be as accurate.
