Why is gas leaking out of my carburetor?
Here is the reason why its leaking and how to repair it. DO NOT fill the drain hole with silicone or sealant. It will allow the gas to leak down into the engine, which will mix with the oil and thin it out. It can also leak into the airbox depending the carbs location. Hope this helps. The float can be filled with fuel or the float valve might be leakin if you take it apart again push the float up and blow into the gas inlet see if it leaks. If not make sure your float dont have a leak.
