I have a 2001 Saab 93 convertible that wont start. It started out with all of the cluster warning lights staying on. I would turn the car off and start it again and they would turn off. Then the lights wouldn’t go off at all no matter how many times I turned the car off. all of the gages wouldnt work at all but the car would still start and run.
