Pulled the carb and found the crap in the main. Cleaned it out and it was 100% after that. when the pilot jet is pulled carefully run a wire from a wire brush through the jet. Then use contact cleaner or carb cleaner spray to verify that liquid is passing thru the jet and also the carb body.
