Is there a way to unlock the rear tailgate?
It doesn’t make any difference locking the car by using they key fob, the touch sensors, or the inside door lock/unlock buttons- either way you do it, still same 50/50 shot of it locking. Has spent many of many days at the dealership. In Jan alone they had it for 22 days. Still cant figure out why it wont work correctly.

If keyfob is alone in front pocket or in one hand meand button will work. If keyfob in rearpocket or withother keys or in wife’s purse rear button will not work…. Issue seems exclusive to rear gate button
