August 16, 2018: Xiamen Airlines Flight 8667, a 737-800 (registration B-5498), crash-landed at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Philippines during heavy monsoon rains. The 737-800 skidded off the end of the runway, causing left engine and main gear to collapse. All 157 passengers and crew safely evacuated.
