Buying on SidelineSwap is safe. Payments are only released to the Seller once you’ve received your item in good condition. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your purchase from door-to-door. After the item is delivered, you have 3 days to open a dispute if your item is not as advertised.
Can you take money out of SidelineSwap?
To cash out, please link your bank account to your Seller Dashboard page. From this page, click “Cash Out” then “Add a Bank Account” and then submit the required bank information. After your account has been approved for cashouts, you will be able to cash out from your Seller Dashboard page.
How does shipping work on SidelineSwap?
All Sellers are provided prepaid shipping labels upon making a sale. The cost of postage is entirely covered by the Buyer. Upon making a sale, click “Print Label” from your swap page, print the label, attach the label to your package, and ship!

Who pays for shipping on SidelineSwap?

Buyers pay for shipping during checkout. After a sale, the Seller receives a prepaid shipping label so all the Seller needs to do is print, pack, and ship.

With this in mind, we’re excited to introduce “SidelineSwap Bumps.” By “Bumping” your item, you push your item back towards the top of the SidelineSwap item feed and, by doing so, attract more eyeballs to your listing.
How do you pay on sideline swaps?
You can purchase items on SidelineSwap using any valid credit card or debit card. You can also use the “Available to Spend” funds in your SidelineSwap Seller Dashboard to purchase on SidelineSwap. Don’t have a card? You can ask a family member’s permission to use theirs.
What is SidelineSwap fee?
Buyers pay up front on all orders. Once the item is delivered and accepted, you can transfer the funds to your bank account. There is a 12% SidelineSwap fee (plus a 3% payment processing fee) for new sellers, and a reduced, 9% SidelineSwap fee beginning on your sixth sale. Learn more.
How do I get a shipping label from SidelineSwap?
Once you’ve made a sale, you can print your prepaid shipping label from the offer details page. Click “Print Shipping Label” and then print the label. You can adjust the size of the label in “Print Preview.” Make sure the entire barcode and both addresses are visible on the printed page.
How long is SidelineSwap shipping?
We expect our Sellers to ship an item within 3 days of the date of sale. The median SidelineSwap sale is shipped less than 2 days after the order has been placed. If you anticipate being late on a shipment, it’s important that you stay in communication with your buyer.
How do you become an elite seller on SidelineSwap?
An “Elite Seller” must not only sell a ton of gear, but respond to all messages and ship quickly too. To be eligible, you must have 50+ completed sales with fewer than 3 dropped sales (unless the refund was issued at the Buyer’s request) or 25+ sales with no dropped sales.
When can I cash out SidelineSwap?
The funds in your SidelineSwap Seller Dashboard move from “Pending” to “Available” as soon as the buyer has approved the sale or automatically 72 hours after the item has arrived at the buyer’s address– whichever comes first.
