We were able to park in a neighborhood off Nester St and Cleveland St- there’s small parking signs near the top of the trailhead. Follow the blue diamonds to both of the waterfalls. The trail was fairly easy with some tree roots to watch out for. We were also able to walk underneath both waterfalls.

Not much at all. If you choose to take the stairs down it’s quite a haul back up them but there are plenty of viewing spots without descending. There is only a small hike to the lower falls as well, and if you decide to take a rowboat out to the island there’s a small hike around it.
