How do I track my Nomad order?
You can find your tracking information by logging into your Nomad account with your order history. When you find the order number that you’d like to track, you will find the tracking link below the product information on the order’s page. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking to be updated by the carrier.
How long is Nomad shipping?
Standard shipments are shipped with USPS and usually reach their destination in 3-7 business days, but occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays. Some orders may require +1 day to process. Orders received on Friday after 10am may not ship until the following Monday.
Where do Nomad cases ship from?
SHIPPING INFORMATION Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders are shipped via tracked Canada Post (local), UPS, and DHL services. All orders are subject to import duties and taxes determined by your local customs agency.

For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees. Unfortunately, fees and charges related to international orders are not set by Nomads and are beyond the scope of our team’s control.

We provide a two-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase for all Nomad products except for our cables, for which we offer a 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
