Why is my air app not working?
Ensure airplane mode is off. If your machine’s power cord has been continually plugged in for days/weeks, unplug it for 40 seconds and then plug it back in. This resets the machine. e.g. perform a power cycle (turn device off, then back on).
What is a good myAir score?
The myAirTM score has a range of 0-100 depending on the number of hours used, mask seal, events per hour and number of times the mask was taken off. A myAir score higher than 70 is considered a good score.
