Can you put air ride seats in a pickup truck?
Yes you can! I have Bostrom pro ride low profile air seats in my 2500hd. The air ride is nice but the seat sucks. I used 1/4inx3in bar stock to span the bolt holes on the truck and then bolted the seat base to the bars.
How should I set my truck seats?
Firstly, push the seat all the way back, then lower it as far as possible. Next, recline the back of the seat to about 30-40 degrees and move the steering wheel (if it adjusts) all the way up and in towards the dashboard. Adjust the seat height up until your hips are at least as high as your knees.
Why are buses so bouncy?
Cause the air suspension is the reason why the bus bounced or a bumpy. The student seats are closer to the suspension because the seats are not air pressure. Only the bus driver seats are air pressure because we are on the bus longer than the kids.
Are there any problems with the crew C4500?
Some people I have talked to say that these trucks are relics and DO NOT buy one……the guy I talked to owns a 2005 crew 4×4 dump work truck and his list of failures in 70k incuded: transmission, head gaskets, instrument panel, alternator, battery charge isolator, 2 radiators, and it is currently in the shop for an injector problem.
Which is better 02 3500 crew cab or C4500 crew cab?
It’s my daily driver and is so much more capable than the 02 3500 crew cab that it replaced. Brakes are far superior, turns tighter, more interior room and I can legally haul my rock buggy on the flatbed AND pull the toyhauler with the bikes in it.
