Can you cut fabric on a sizzix?
Sizzix have been the leader in die cutting for paper crafting for many years. You can cut multiple layers of fabric at any one time. As well as patchwork blocks such as triangles, hexagons, squares and circles you can also use the Sizzix Big Shot to cut out applique shapes.

Stampin’ Up! will be replacing the Big Shot with a new Die Cutting system. This is exciting news, as it means that Stampin’ Up! will be working directly with the manufacturer to bring all of us a new die cutting / embossing machine and that we will have more direct control over the design AND availability of products!
What is the difference between Big Shot Pro and Big Shot Plus?
The big shot plus has a carriage of about 9 inches wide which is the widest sheet of paper you can use in it where the pro has a opening 13 inches wide and the Pro is made heavier and it can can take a thicker die than the plus.
What does the sizzix Big Shot Pro come with?
Included with the Big Shot Pro are an Extended Sliding Tray, an Extended Adapter Pad, a pair of Extended Cutting Pads, and a Die Pick. The Extended Sliding Tray accommodates the movement of all Sizzix shape-cutting and embossing products through the machine opening.
