Are there head lights on a Jeep Grand Cherokee?
Head lights work rear pass turn signal light works, and break lights work. I think its eletrical I found some connections under the bench seat behind the driver seat that there were two wires not connected to anything. and the left turn signal light is always on on the dash.

Blown out light bulbs are the most common reason for why the brake lights not working but the tail lights are. Remove the screws from the bulb lens (which you can access through the trunk or see your vehicle repair manual to get the exact location). Push the bulbs and turn them counterclockwise to remove from the socket.
Are there any lights under the dash that work?
The bulbs are fine, based on the fact that the parking lights work (same bulbs). The fuses under the dash and in the engine compartment are ok. There is no sound or blinking lights of any kind in the interior when putting on the right turn signal or emergency flashers.

Why are my tail lights not working but brake lights are working?
