I would suggest this: poke a small hole onto the ball-joint boot, just big enough to squeeze the WD-40 straw nozzle through, spray the WD-40 or Silicone spray toward the joint (inside the boot) and see if the squeak will temporarily go away. If the squeak is reduced of diminish, you can then regrease the ball joint (s) or replace them.
