Its caused by leaking injector seals, if if you have a blocked sump strainer then get the injector seals replaced as it will just happen again, it;s a major design fault by mazda, i’ve just done a blocked strainer on my parenrts mazda 3 2009 2.2 and all 4 injectors were leaking.
