Why does my Nissan Note have a flashing airbag warning light?
Welcome to the forum . My Nissan Note Ntec 2009 vintage has a flashing airbag warning light and the code it flashes appears to be 17. Can anyone tell me what this means? Also was there a recall for this model due to an airbag fault?
How to reset the airbag status light on a Nissan?
Step 1 Insert the key into the ignition and turn the key to ON. Notice that the light will stay on and then start blinking. After turning the key to ON, wait until the light turns to off, to start the blinking process, and then switch the key OFF and remove the key. Wait 5 seconds. A possible total cost of around £1k for a flashing light. The car is a 2009 Note ntec worth around £3k. Anyone suggest my best way out of my problem.
