Why does my car horn keep blowing when I lock the car?
The FSM indicates that the ignition switch being in ON or START state, through the power distribution module, ( and through the clockspring) will energize the horn relay. I assume this is only the HI horn, as the LO horn can be activated with the car off and also when you use your key fob to lock the car.
