Why does my 4 wheeler die when I Touch the throttle?
I rebuilt the carburetor, but now it’ll start and idle for a minute, but as soon as I touch the throttle it dies immediately. Anyone know what it might be? You can’t post conmments that contain an email address.

Why does my Kawasaki Quad die when I apply throttle?
It seems to be consistent; whenever the engine is cold, it runs fine for a couple of minutes. After the engine warms up a bit…. It dies if I apply throttle. The only other difference I made to the quad was I added two ounces of “No Smoke” to the crank case, because of the white smoke out of the tail pipe.

What happens after idle when you give it throttle?
I found a local guy with a parts RZR , took all the electronic componenents and changed them and still the same thing. It is a 2008 model it would start and idle but that is all it will do. Ok what happend after idle? Need more discription of your problem. The simple thought is the TPS slipped. We need more information.
